Job Description
- Buy cargo from farmers and LBAs at the prices given by the Unit Head and General Manager
- Develop a relationship with key suppliers and stakeholders of the business
- Supervise the receiving of cargo from LBAs and big farmer in the region as per the quality standards of Olam
- Dispatch the cargo received to other Olam Warehouses in Cambodia or Vietnam
- Implement the use of Olam Direct App with the farmers in the regions
- Conduct trainings with farmers on the use of Olam Direct App
- Communicate the daily buying prices with all LBA and big farmer
- Key process owner of all operational documents – buying, contracting, warehousing, receiving
- Reporting – Market activities, purchase reports, prices
- Team Management of Quality, Warehousing and Field Staff
