Job Description
Warehouse Operations (Sales Centre) 1. Manage Warehouse Operations, including efficient fulfilment of Pickup Orders 2. Responsible for managing Warehouse Team and allocation of staff schedules ,Daily briefing. 3. Maintain storage area by organizing floor space &ensuring that stocks are stored safely 4. Maintaining hygiene, safety and security of warehouse work environment 5. Ensure warehouse equipment is in good condition, including troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. 6. Ensure that Member Complaints related to Pickup Orders are attended / escalated immediately for resolution within 24 Hrs 7. Provide Training to Warehouse Team on Supply Chain Procedures 8. Coordinate with 3PL contractors to manage replenishment / offloading into warehouse Compliance &Inventory Accuracy 1. Compliance with Herbalife GSP requirements and local Health & foods safety standards 2. Ensure compliance with Supply Chain SOPs & SOX requirements. 3. Ensure Cycle Counts & Physical counts are conducted on a regular basis as per Company Policy 4. Inventory Accuracy Target is met by ensuring all variances are reconciled immediately &adjustments posted in Oracle System & KPI Reporting 1620113419_1620113419_JD-AssistantManagerWarehouseOperations-Herbalife.docx Page 2 1. Ensure All Oracle Systems for Inventory Transactions are updated & approved as per Matrix 2. Update monthly reports for KPIs of Warehouse to report performance& identify improvement areas Others 1. Support company Events as and when required 2. Support implementation of Projects aimed at process improvement, cost savings, reduce manual efforts for Warehouse Operations & Reporting 3. Support the new access point start-up on warehouse operations arrangement, oracle system set-up, and provide trainings as required 4. QA audit arrangement and follow-up the CAPA plan implementation in Sales Center and 3PL Warehouse 5. Develop SOPs for effective warehouse operations activities and comply with regional SOP and Policy
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Business Science and/or Logistics MBA in Material Management / Supply Chain Management Preferred 7 - 10yrs working experience in Managing Warehouse Operations & min of 3 yrs in managing a Warehouse Team Strong Computer skills including the complete Microsoft Office package especially Excel. Experience in Oracle / SAP / WMS for Inventory Management Experience in Retail Store Management or 3PL Distribution Warehouse Operations Project Management experience as a plus Good communication skills in English ( both Oral & Written ) Good presentation and reporting skills Good time management and multi-tasking management skills Result Oriented with Good organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to changing priorities Ability to interact effectively with all levels. Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change as the external environment and organization evolves. Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision. A friendly professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team oriented environment Ability to function as an effective team member and work well in a moderate stressful environment A self starter with a positive attitude & thirst for personal growth.
