Job Description

1.   JOB PURPOSE

      Summarise in one statement why your job exists; and how it contributes to the overall mission/objective of the organisation.

 

To perform the most effective sales and presales for C&I Business in order to achieve C&I sales target including company target.To communicate Epson value to the customers and deliver high value products and service that meet customer’s satisfaction.

1. C&I business ( PrePress, Printing, Textile)

·          Take major responsible for PrePress, Printing & Textile Market, Genuine Consumable and Customer Database Management & Maintenance

·          Provide training to customer

·          Set Power User Program for Heavy User / Focus Customer.

·          Support customers by advising Printer usage and propose Genuine Consumable and Trade-In / Upgrade Program.

·          Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

·          Customer satisfied in EPSON product and quality.

·          Personal target achievement

·          C&I team achievement

·          Company target achievement

 

2. Customers database

·         Communicate with customers and gather market and customer information.

·         Provide the best after sales activities and service to partners/customers

·         Visiting potential customers to maintain relationship and royalty

·         Wwillingly support partner/customers to close sales

·         Search for business opportunity and enter into packaging Textile and industrial market

·          Epson trust

·          Having strong relationship with partner and customer.

·          Sales is increased

 

 

 

3. Product demonstration

·          Provide product demonstration into partners/customer

·          Visit and demo requested product at customer site.

 

·          Improvement of service skills

 

4. C&I team meeting

·    Report work progress, share information and propose solutions to colleagues.

3.   MAJOR CHALLENGES

      Describe the major challenges you face in carrying out your job, and what you do in order to overcome them.

·          PrePress/Proofing to be almost saturate market, Royalty, Trade-In and Repeat buying is key of this market. Packaging Textile and Industrial is new market to entering

·          To change service warranty package from 1 year to up to 2 years

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

·          Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Printing

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

·          At least 1-3 years experience in IT product sales , printing/press company
