Job Description
• Drive hub operation and service excellency, creating a customer-focused service organization, where members can enjoy their working experience at hub
• Lead the efforts to build, support and maintain a collaborative community by facilitating the development of strong and productive connections between members to create member-to member business interactions
• Responsible and accountable for P&L and report to General Manager.
• Responsible and accountable for the monthly financial performance for the hub including revenue, occupancy, member churn rate, expenses, operational KPI, community KPI, member satisfaction level, etc., by executing the company sales strategies
• Create pleasant physical environment and cared working atmosphere, by managing and developing the team
Job Requirements
• College graduate with a four-year degree
• At least 5 years of related experience and 2 years of management experience is required
• Office Manager/ Front Office Manager/International School/institutes Head/ Center Manager experience is preferred.
Proficient in MS-Office.
• Strong communication skills, team work and experienced in P&L management.
• Passionate, driven and responsible • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese are required
