Job Description

1.    Check information from Customer Service/ Sales to get all order information or requirement on quality, ship date, specifications…

2.    Collect reports from production:

§  Daily output of production to know the status of current order: Fabric, Cutting quantity, Sewing, Baling quantity …

§  Daily output report of Airbrush, Rolling-Folding, Continuous Sewing, Hotwire quantity, working time…

3.    Check the quantity packed in previous day.

4.    Check and sign the downtime report of previous day for all C&S, re-check with Group Leaders or Supervisors if anything unclear.

5.    Check the SAM (Standard Allowed Minutes) from Industrial Engineer.

6.    Read efficiency report from Industrial Engineer compared with Group Leader manual report, HR and Industrial Engineer to correct the data if there is any discrepancy on working time, downtime, quantity produced...

7.    Sign documents to send fabric and sundries (Group Leaders to prepare and be confirmed by C&S Plant Manager and approval by HR or the General Director).

8.    Make plant tour many times a day in the morning and afternoon.

9.    Check attendance status of all C&S Employees.

10.  Discuss with Supervisors if there is any problem in production or personnel.

Job Requirements

8.    Good English in both speaking and writing. Fluent and understandable English communication. This is a must;

9.    University graduate (eg.: textile related university, industrial management, …) preferred (not a must in case sufficient experience);

10.  Textile knowledge/ background preferred;

11.  Manufacturing experience is a must;

12.  Experience as a Senior Operations Manager for at least 3-4 years (preferable in the textile/garment industry);

13.  Note: Company is not a very big, but mid sized company but production is very complex;

14.  Computer skills required (MS Office: Word, Excel).
