Job Description
- As the Digital General Manager, your leadership will be crucial in:
- Leading 2-3 teams of Accounts. You will have 15-20 team members directly reporting to you
- Lead the strategic direction and digital consultation of all projects/Clients under you
- Lead, consult and manage Client‟s always-on digital assets, ecosystem and properties, ensuring execution excellence and KPIs are delivered
- Supervising quality of executions – especially ensuring we continue to push for excellence and effectiveness for our Clients.
- Development of organization operational systems and process
- Steering financial profitability and health
- Developing and coaching future leaders, embracing our TPG culture
