- Oversee day-to-day operations, include: Human resources management, Infrastructure management and System operation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the work and activities of the departments, Direct the employee assessment process
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Design strategy and set goals for business growth
- Make policies to develop businesses
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Maintain budget and optimize expenses and human resources
Prepare regular reports for upper management: General Director
Location: Hoa Sứ, Phú Nhuận, Hồ Chí Minh
Job Requirements
Graduated Bachelor’s Degree
Have 8-10 years’ experience in position manager (M-level or C-level)
Skills and experiences:
Ability to communicate fluently in English
Experience in Management and Training.
Strong analytical ability, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Understanding and knowledge of Sales and Marketing B2B/B2C
Experience in planning and budgeting
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
