Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervising and driving 3 marketing teams :Product Marketing Field Marketing & CRM Solution & IT Service

Managing all marketing activities for the company and reporting to Business Operation Director.
Develop marketing strategy by studying technological and financial opportunities: presenting assumptions and recommending objectives.
Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company. Overseeing all marketing budget.
Communicating and periodically reporting marketing performance to Marketing Division of the regional headquarter in Singapore.
Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives. Staffing and hiring decisions within marketing department.
Building and developing a marketing team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated, and efficient.

Have Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Marketing/Commerce/Business Administration, MBA holder preferred A minimum of 10 year-experience within a marketing role in B2B industry.
Experience of organization management at multinational /global firm Excellent both verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese Knowledge of market data segmentation, targeting, and developing strategy.
Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted time frames. Highly organized, strong time management and analytical skills.
Able to take critical decisions and handle stress.
Business intelligence Strong leadership PC skill: Proficient Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint
