Job Description

he position is responsible for building Road Transportation as profitable product in Asia Pacific and develop strategies and eco system around the product for a sustained growth. The main KPIs will be the performance, product P&L, development, and growth of Road transport in the region. It will be managing a team of road transport leaders in each country and in the region directly providing leadership

·       Strategize a robust revenue management plan with a focus on pricing and tariff development, resulting in top line and bottom line profitability, in the area of responsibility.

 ·       Build a team in Asia

 ·       Conduct product marketing activities in focus markets to increase awareness.

 ·       Building credibility as Business Partner to client and industries by developing industry specific solutions and service excellence.

 ·       Engaging with Key Accounts/Trade lane and Local Sales to pursue product related opportunities.

 ·       Develop strategies to maintain regular business and periodic review with customers to enhance current and future business.

 ·       Work out with NPMs on sales strategy of CBT and multimode solutions.

 ·       Lead in developing new potential routes in CBT service to expand business in cross border trucking markets.

 ·       Build relationship with internal stakeholders to drive sales of CBT service.

 ·       Implement special projects focusing on improved profitability and development of new products and solutions.

 ·       Build a digital sales and revenue management processes of the product
