Job Description
- Supervise all activities of the Human Resources department in the company.
- Advise and propose to the Board of Directors issues in the field of human resources.
- Develop policies, regulations and manage HR-related activities: Timekeeping, salary calculation, leave, handling insurance issues, bonuses, annual leave, recruitment, personnel decisions,...
- Ensure Access/Right to Inspection during buyer's Audits.
- Reviewing, developing and implementing HR strategies, internal policies, HR manuals, to be in line with the Company’s strategies and values.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and Vietnamese labor laws.
- Assist in resolving employment-related issues.
- Responsible for reporting directly to the CEO
Job Requirements
- University graduated, 4 - 5 years experience or more in the field of HR management in manufacturing environment (garment factories is preferable)
- Good knowledge of Labor Law, Insurance, Salary.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office operating system and HR management software.
- Fluent English communication.
- Good at Chinese communication, due to coodinating with many Chinese expats in factories.
- Understanding of general Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Good management skills, having skills in data orientation, analysis and reporting.
- Good at soft skills and honest
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
- Able to work in groups and work independently.
