Job Description

  • Provide recruitment services for all positions with effective searching, screening, and short-listing. Interview done for the positions up to office - Manager level, Retail – All level.
  • Execute recruitment / employment related processes in accordance with the policies and practices.
  • Work closely with C&B team to provide equitable C&B package to attract and retain the talent we want.
  • Responsible for personnel administration, including new hire induction and exit procedures.
  • Maintain internal personnel information database/systems to make sure all information in the database/system is updated and correct in a timely manner.
  • Accurate submission of payroll related information such as attendance / leave record to C&B team for payroll processing.
  • Work with mobility team to provide mobility support locally.
  • Support the HR initiatives and processes in accordance with the HR policy, government policy and practice.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of PRC regulation, current trends, and HR operation practices.
  • Handle employee relations or related activities, such as employee consultation and disciplinary processes.
  • Provide basic HR advisory services to line managers by defining problems and make sure employee performance management processes are properly and timely coordinated and monitored based on company timeline and procedures.
  • Manage employee events budget per yearly allocation.
  • Design, organize and collaborate employee events in accordance with yearly plan, provide good employee experience and enhance the engagement for all levels of employees.
  • Provide partnership with HRBP team for HR project locally if necessary.
  • Provide partnership with CoE team (TA, TD, C&B) to feedback the external talent market intelligence, etc. to make sure the team is working as one team to deliver the HR support.
  • Provide accurate HR data and analysis per requirements 

Job Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Business/Law/Tourism/Mass Communications. Graduates from abroad are preferred.
  • At least 10 years of HR General & Admin experience, FMCG, Consumer or related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Careful, honest, friendly, enthusiastic.
  • Adaptable to dynamic environment; comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements. 
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.
  • Good computer skill, willing to travel.
