Job Description
| 1 | Facitilies and equipment: | |||||
| - Make periodic inspection plan | ||||||
| - Make machine overhaul plan | ||||||
| - Manage fire equipments thanks to regulation requirements | ||||||
| - Make equipment management list => update frequently | ||||||
| - Improve machine, equipment. | ||||||
| - Control and improve utility cost | ||||||
| - Control safety and fire prevention equipment and have training plan for rescuer team | ||||||
| 2 | Spare parts | |||||
| - Control spare-part (buy, usage, stock) | ||||||
| - Make spare-parts purchasing plan monthly | ||||||
| - Control spare-part replacement | ||||||
| 3 | Education: | |||||
| - Improve operational method in safe condition | ||||||
| - Propose the environmental protection plan such as: drain, exhaust and noise… | ||||||
| - Make precautious signals at some sensitive machine | ||||||
| - Instal urgent nods for some machines | ||||||
| - Co-operate with Production Manager in order to educate worker | ||||||
| 4 | New equipment investment: | |||||
| - Consider the purchasing of new equipment for increasing capacity | ||||||
| - Try to automatic assembling line for up capacity | ||||||
| 5 | Report: | |||||
| - Administrate all Maintenance data (Report, Record) | ||||||
| - Administrate and update all machines manual | ||||||
| - Send monthly report to Factory manager | ||||||
| - Follow to the order of Factory manager | ||||||
| 6 | Other request: | |||||
| - Implement the other Jobs based on assignment of Factory Manager | ||||||
| - Follow all procedures, forms which were issued in company system | ||||||
Job Requirements
| Education: | ||||||
| - University degree | ||||||
| Major: | ||||||
| - Polytechnic University, Mechanical engineer (or similar major) | ||||||
| Experience: | ||||||
| - 3 year at the same position (or similar position) | ||||||
| Knowledge: | ||||||
| - Knowledge of mechanical technology | ||||||
| - Knowledge about equipment in food processing field | ||||||
| Skills: | ||||||
| - Good at computer (AUTOCAD 2D, 3D), comunication, manageable skills | ||||||
| - Able to speak English at intermediate level, Japanese is a advantage | ||||||
