About this team

·     The liaison office (LLO) is dedicated to ensuring our products are produced of the highest quality, delivered when needed, and manufactured with partners who share our commitment to elevating the world. Not only do we manage the production of great products at an exceptional quality level, but we also build great relationships.

·      The Quality team is responsible for quality assurance with vendors in the field and our cross-functional partners. Our objective is to ensure quality products are delivered on time to stores and guests, leading our vendors to optimise the manufacturing process, increase capacity, and reduce process variability efficiently.

A day in the life:

·         Develop and onboard new vendors to meet company's development, production, and quality expectations

·         Conduct factory assessments to evaluate vendor capability and identify gaps for continuous improvement regularly with finished goods vendor

·    Work cross-functionally with your partners and communicate about new vendor technical readiness status, share attention with the team as a precaution beforehand

·       Manage the continuous improvement of vendors through the annual facility audit process and expand their technical capabilities based on sourcing strategy

·        Support manufacturing excellence initiatives, including production efficiency, planning efficiency and data accuracy; evaluate factory quality efficiency, process improvement and ensure accurate line output information to support field operations better

·       Participate in multi-source projects with the team and vendors to ensure technical readiness during pilot run, connection with field QA preproduction work before mass production
