Job Description

  • Assistance to the Sales and Marketing Director
  • Manage and coordinate meetings between key internal and external consultants.
  • Prepare, review and distribute agendas, presentations and reports.
  • Create and manage all internal processes for the Australian S&M team, Legal team, the Sales Gallery, and sales channels.
  • Short list, interview, lead and manage all direct reports within the S&M team.
  • Develop, co-ordinate and deliver all onsite and offsite sales events.
  • Attend meetings and speak on behalf of the Sales and Marketing Director.
  • Sales Gallery operations
  • Be the face of the developer and ensure that the brand is always seen in a positive light.
  • Develop and maintain all workplace policies and procedures.
  • Lead and manage all onsite employee’s, consultants and channel partners.
  • Ensure that the sales gallery is seen as and presented as the most exclusive destination for customers, channels and affiliates.
  • Channel Co-ordination and lead management
  • Foster strong relationships inline with the developers strategic plan and develop, manage and implement all policies and procedures relating to the ongoing relationship and performance of the Master Agents, channel partners and affiliates.
  • Provide personal insight and recommendations to the Sales and Marketing Director on performance of channels and affiliates.
  • Distribute all leads and provide high-level, regular reporting on the performance and conversion of leads.
  • Event Management and Marketing co-ordination
  • Develop and deliver premium, flawless onsite and offsite events that showcase the brand, the development and the product inline with the developers expectations.
  • Co-ordinate, deliver and communicate aspects of the marketing campaign as directed.
  • Ensure that the development is well represented with marketing material among local affiliates

Job Requirements

  • An associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration/ marketing or similar preferred.
  • Previous experience in Sales Management developer side.
  • Previous experience in channel management developer/ agency side.
  • Advanced skills in event management and co-ordinations developer side.
  • Advanced skills in management of and reporting from CRM’s
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
  • High level understanding of real estate markets and customer needs, especially in Gold Coast
  • Exceptional personal presentation
  • Excellent team-work & communication skills
  • High level of responsibility, creativity and ability to withstand work pressure
  • Good influencing, cooperation and interaction skills
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
