Job Description
- Base on planning, place Purchasing order and get delivery confirmation from supplier;
- Tracking delivery schedule and necessary requirement to make custom clearance;
- Set up safety stock to ensure materials stock for production, reducing warehouse space, stock control;
- Set up freshness standard to ensure the best quality of material;
- Solving urgent problem related to product, delivery,…;
- Receive all documents and invoice to process on ERP system and make account report;
- Checking end-stock weekly, monthly and closing on time; - Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Job Requirements
- 01 Male, graduate from College or University with related major;
- Have 3-5 years of experience in Material purchasing, Material Planner, Production Planning; refer candidate with food production background;
- Skills: Forecast, Planning, Negotiation, Data Analyst, good Ms. Office & English language (Communication & Report);
- Working location: My Phuoc Factory (Binh Duong)
