Job description:
- Coordinate related department (R&D, Production, Marketing, etc.) to make sure product launching on time
- Collaborate with Marketing team to propose product concept and do confirmation initiate package design and evaluation.
- Assists Product Manager in development of new products, plan and concept ideation for assigned brands.
- Working knowledge of budgets and costs
- Data analysis, consumer insight research and tracking in market performance
- Support Bacteria test, Performance Test, etc.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Job requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, chemical or relating major.
- 2-3 years at similar role or in R&D/ QA/ lab team in FMCG industry, open for Testing, Inspection and Certification agencies.
- Experience in product development for personal care category.
- Good at communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Highly efficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
