Job Description
- Identifying individual and organisational training needs through staff appraisals and meetings with managers especially training for direct workers and production supervisor in furniture industry.
- Drawing up training plans
- Creating training materials and carry out training
- Writing reports, keeping records
Job Requirements
- Male/Female, University degree
- Experience in training for production staffs in furniture company
- The ability to work with staff at all levels
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- The ability to coach people and give constructive feedback
- The ability to encourage and motivate people and willing to work under pressure
- Being able to work independently
- Good in English both written and spoken
