Job Description

1. Managing plant's food safety/GMP condition
- Daily conduct a plant tour to all functions of Ops to find FS gaps/issues based on provided checklist.
- Work with QCM to finalize findings and send notification to relating functions to request for CAPA in timely manner.
- Reporting to QCM for gaps/issues required decision of higher managerial levels in order to fast react with food safety issues.
- Should ensure compliance of Critical Control Points of Process as well as Lines
- Lead other big quality programs including weekly and monthly quality checking programs (e.g. seal/gasket checking program, chemical usage programs,…)
- Actively cooperate in planned cross-plant internal audit/ external audit.
- Be a window person for all CCs of plant

2. CAPA handling
- Bi-weekly organize a food safety meeting to discuss, track, and push CAPA.
- Collect all information to make food safety report to QCM.

3. Improvement:
- Monthly make proposal/suggestion/idea to improve food safety condition at plant
- Review food safety checklist in regular basis to update changes of plant or to adapt to plant current status.
- Self-proactive in providing solutions.
