Job Description

·        Control the production process in each division (cut, preparation, assembly, packaging)/

·        Understand the quality of each customer and specifications of each product prior to provide appropriate quality control principles. Ensure that all incoming, in-process & final goods are properly inspected in quality & quantity and documented

·        Report quality defects and work out solutions with Technical teams (Sample Room, Industrial Engineering

·        Create, print and update quality catalogs for each product items. Instruct staff in the team how to check the products

·        Work with the production, QC team to minimize non conformity products from production process

·        Assign QC staff in production lines and ensure no products are stagnant

·        Monitor and manage the non conformities. In conjunction with the production teams, process errors are not correct. Instruct QC team to classify, detect defective products and semi-finished products and request workers to process and repair

·        Investigate the cause and countermeasure related to quality

·        Responsible for failure of quality passed products

·        Planning for quality improvement activities and procedures together with Production Managers/QA officer

·        Check the compliance with the quality production process

·        Install both preventive & remedial measures against occurrence of any defect

·        Organize and manage training & knowledge sharing for QC & Packaging teams

 

 

Job Requirements

·         At least 10 year-experience working and at least 3 years in management role related to quality control leather goods industry

·         Sense of ownership and pride in his/her performance and its impact on company’s success

·         Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
