Job Description
A big size company is seeking for recruitment & training Manager with the deatils as below:
1. Training:
- Responsible for improving the productivity of an organization’s employees.
- Responsible for the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for all employees.
- Assess property-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives. Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees.
- Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.
2. Recruitment:
- Provide leadership, support, enhance recruitment experience to Technical Recruitment Officers. This team fills in several positions from entry to executive levels within the organizations, especially sales function.
- Develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
- Manage a well-developed group of quality recruitment agents.
- Provide assistance on critical needs, and coordinate on national-level initiatives.
- Reports to the Human Resource Director.
B. Duties & Responsibilities
1. Training:
- Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results; modify programs as needed; develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
- Develop trainer development programs and coach others involved in training efforts, providing effective growth and development opportunities.
- Plan, organize, facilitate and order supplies for employee events.
- Develop and monitor spending against the departmental budget.
- Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
- Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the human resources staff.
- Build a professional talent programs for organization.
2. Recruitment:
- Excellent leadership skills with a philosophy of creating a high-trust culture that empowers employees as individual contributors and fosters a strong team environment.
- Initiative, creativity, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work in a matrixes organizational structure, developing strong relationships with all levels of management.
- Build career programs to branding company image through recruiting and well-prepared a huge pool of candidate source through these programs.
- Be able to be a HR business partner to several departments.
- Excellent in design recruitment policy and procedure to control recruitment operation smoothly.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in education, business administration or liberal arts
- At least five years of equivalent experiences.
- At least two years of experience in a corporate or business setting, preferably in human resources, personnel or administration.
- Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships.
- Outstanding verbal, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills.
- Ability to create momentum and foster organizational change.
- Must have tertiary qualifications in human resources, training and development or business studies.
