Job Description

  • Reporting directly to VP of Sales HQ – Viet Nam Account Manager will work towards increasing sales and exposure to footwear brands within a specific geographic territory.
  • Provide daily service and support to the SR VP of Sales HQ and Director of Sales HQ, as well as the Customer Service, Marketing, Product and Planning teams that work on the business.
  • Develop, manage and present a robust sales effort with all footwear brands and factories located within Viet Nam
  • Establish strong working relationships with customers and work directly with them to develop and execute product development using lasts, components/products
  • Work with entire Sales and Product Development Teams to identify new product directions and innovations that will lead to new business opportunities
  • Identify risks and opportunities to Management 
  • Travel to corporate headquarters and  offices as needed.

Job Requirements

  •  3+ years experience in Sales OR Footwear development
  • Bring a deep understanding of the Footwear business and decision making process
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build strong relationships with peers, colleagues and customers
  • Independent thinker, self-motivated, and true team player.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organization skills.
  • Taiwanese and/or Korean language is a plus
  • Preferred: Strong set of existing relationships across the Footwear Industry o Located in Viet Nam area o A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Able to travel on frequent basis
