Job Description
Manage entire product development and delivery process • Independent approval of fabrics, lab-dips, trims and accessories • Ensure product- and quality-standards • Negotiate with producers/suppliers • Information exchange with headquarter/buyers, suppliers and superior • Source new suppliers and conduct factory visits
Job Requirements
• Minimum 6 years' (Senior merchandiser)/ 2 years (Junior merchandiser) merchandising experience in relevant items, of which at least 2 - 3 years at the same level • Experienced in production follow-up for sweaters high fashion / knitted wears (premium line) • University graduated is preferable • Able to deal with the overseas buyers independently • Experienced in handling high quality fashion brands is definitely an advantage • manufacturing background • Good command of spoken & written Korean, Japanese • Ability to communicate in English • Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded, willing to travel, responsible & able to work under pressure
