Job Description
Professionally develop strong relationships with Customer’s leadership across business
sectors and industries.
• Strongly develop, coach, motivate and lead sales teams to achieve the Company targets
and performance as required.
• Collaboratively work with the team to develop an overall territory account plan in order to
maximize opportunities and generate sales activity with customers.
• Responsible for engaging, identifying prospective customers to achieve monthly sales
targets and net profit quota.
• Leads negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making process, and overcomes
objections to capture new business opportunities.
• Develops annual marketing plan for lead generations and building strong sales pipelines
to meet the Company sales targets as well as increase brand awareness and presence in
the local market.
• Review all proposals and contracts to the Customers in compliance with the Company’s
policies.
• Submits accurate and timely forecasts that are aligned with assigned sales quotas.
Forecast sales revenue on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Provides leadership to the customers and develop strong positions in business and
industry communities in Vietnam
Job Requirements
Master’s Degree in business, commerce, finance, technology or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in professional sales leadership, development and
management in enterprise management software solution or professional consulting
service industry.
• Strong experience in professional solution selling.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas.
• Strong capability to build and develop relationships and trust with C-level executives.
• Highly motivated and results oriented as well as strong people development.
• Strong and professional presentation, communication, and leading team to achieve or
exceed the required targets.
Solid problem solving and consultative skills required.
• ERP or Business consulting experience and knowledge will be a plus.
• Strong communication and writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
