Job Description

Professionally develop strong relationships with Customer’s leadership across business
sectors and industries.
Strongly develop, coach, motivate and lead sales teams to achieve the Company targets
and performance as required.
Collaboratively work with the team to develop an overall territory account plan in order to
maximize opportunities and generate sales activity with customers.
Responsible for engaging, identifying prospective customers to achieve monthly sales
targets and net profit quota.
Leads negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making process, and overcomes
objections to capture new business opportunities.
Develops annual marketing plan for lead generations and building strong sales pipelines
to meet the Company sales targets as well as increase brand awareness and presence in
the local market.
Review all proposals and contracts to the Customers in compliance with the Company’s
policies.
Submits accurate and timely forecasts that are aligned with assigned sales quotas.
Forecast sales revenue on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Provides leadership to the customers and develop strong positions in business and
industry communities in Vietnam

Job Requirements

Master’s Degree in business, commerce, finance, technology or equivalent.
At least 10 years of experience in professional sales leadership, development and
management in enterprise management software solution or professional consulting
service industry.
Strong experience in professional solution selling.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas.
Strong capability to build and develop relationships and trust with C-level executives.
Highly motivated and results oriented as well as strong people development.
Strong and professional presentation, communication, and leading team to achieve or
exceed the required targets.

Solid problem solving and consultative skills required.
ERP or Business consulting experience and knowledge will be a plus.
Strong communication and writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
