Job Description
This position is to support sales in presales and solution, especially for Chinese enterprise business, and be responsible for the technical support to customers and HQ for company services.
Responsibilities:
- Help Sales in handling technical request from customers. Prepare technical solution for customer requirement.
- Work with customers/HQ solution team to work out optimized solution to customer’s requirement.
- Interface with local / international provider for project status update and report on a regular basis during service provisioning.
- Coordinate end-to-end testing and commissioning, acceptance testing on IP services and bundle equipment with Project Management Team in APAC and HQ
- Follow up with customer and Headquarters for Acceptance of services
- Analyze fault logs in order to support common trends and underlying problems
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Information and Technology or related fields preferred
- At least 2 years experience in telecom or ICT related field
- Experience with ICT solutions or transmission products are highly preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Visio
- Hard-working, responsible and organized, with good communication skills
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
