Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather data, study, analyze, make suggestions and advise on topics related to process capacity, process quality, equipment, layout, operations strategy, planning, control, investment and training on business development aspects
- Develop, execute and review projects on behalf of the TOM related to process capacity, equipment, layout, operations strategy, planning, control investment and training. Organize and facilitate events, training, brainstorm sessions and training sessions.
- Advice on projects related to the implementation and improvement of technology
- Work with the TOM, senior management to facilitate short and long-term strategic plans on the business plan.
- Identify and address development issues that affect the well-being and efficacy of the organization.
- Foster a company culture and ensure that company development is executed in keeping with the organization's values, vision, and mission..
- Participate with the TOM and senior management to plan the company's development course and programs.
- Establish performance measures, monitor results, and evaluate the efficacy of the company development program.
- This people should be stable, confident, and practical and can connect the people.
- Aged from 40 to 50 years old.
