Job Description
'- Receiving and dispatching sample orders / sample garments, checking quantity of sample orders / main materials / sub materials / BOM
- Translate Vietnamese - Chinese - English (production order process / size table / sample details / BOM list)
- Arrange and confirme, sign the seal (control & non-control), provide to the relevant department for signing.
- Monitor and confirm the status of all main raw materials for sample production, calculate the quantity of raw materials and auxiliary materials, report if found any abnormality
- Calculate the usage of the SP line according to the standard line calculation, enter the system and provide data related to the Packing List
- Make "Card of supplies", once completed, sign the copy (controlled & uncontrolled) and issue it to the relevant department for signing
- Collect approved PP samples / Lin samples / material cards / sampling comments (including pre-printed embroidery) and hold a pre-release meeting
- Find and record all problem and other data correction documents and provide "Sample Receipt"
- Unified Data into a file and set up a database
