Job Description

·       To providing a more structured advisory service, value stream mapping or process analysis.

·       Ability to demonstrate and communicate the principle of value-based selling (SFL), Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Proven Productivity methodology

·       To organise and conduct Conference, Seminar, Industry 4.0 Topics.

·       Introduction of SFL systems and solutions to customers utilising the interactive Demo showroom, Demo kit and presentation slides.

·       Advice and design logistics configuration conceptualisation proposal, using ARIMS, Smart Express and/or Smart Expert Calculator.

·       Conduct on-site feasibility study through walk-the-line to understand the actual site layout and situation.

·       Lead, organise, prepare and coordinate all aspect of SFL implementation requirement.

·       Conduct on-site training (at customer premises) on SFL System, ARIMS and good users practises.

·       Responsible and making sure the stability of the SFL system after implementation in the daily business

·       Provide on-site troubleshooting and play an active approach in handling customer’s real needs and feedback.

·       Daily monitoring of all ARIMS notification and performance. Optimise bins size and replenishment cycle. Update forecast and re-design bin size.

·       Plan and organise periodic maintenance schedule for all the SFL sites and making sure the physical layout is well-organised.

·       Coordinate and inform the responsible sales (IS or KAM or OS) on customer forecast with huge upsurge or no movement for the last 3 or 6 months.

·       Plan, organize and purchase SFL equipment needed for installation.

·       Responsible for all the SFL equipment purchase and inventory with record.

·       Responsible to introduce the new features in the ARIMS or new system to the sales and SFL specialists in your business units.

·       Progress report to be submitted to immediate superior on a monthly or quarterly basis.

·       Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall

Job Requirements

·       Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics / Manufacturing /

·       Computer Science or equivalent.

·       At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

·       Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

·       Experience in hardware, software issues and troubleshooting system fault would be advantaged.

·       Good knowledge of Microsoft office product *Words, PowerPoint, Excel, Visual basic

·       Good knowledge of computer system *PC installation and setup.

·       Knowledge in SDLC *standard development life cycle.

·       Effectively written and oral in English and Chinese.

·       Physically fit, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

·       Pleasant disposition and team player.

 

·       Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.
