Job Description
An integral part of the Regional / Global Operations team, drive sustainable and transformational change in an identified area of the business / operation with demonstrated improvement in KPIs across SQDIC. Deploy best practices across scope and functionally lead the continuous improvement activities within scope
1. Strategy Deployment
Works with the leadership team and functional managers on developing strategy deployment action plans and helps coordinate Kaizen funnel to support the deployment
2. Continuous Improvement
Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the organization using a range of lean methods such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping etc.
3. SQDIC
Drive optimization and improvement of KPIs around Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost / Productivity; create and manage projects across the business to achieve targets
4. Kaizens
Schedule, charter, and facilitate kaizen projects. Ensure effective sustainment of results and support problem solving as needed to close gaps to targets.
5. Value Chain Lean Conversion
Drive lean conversion for the organization and collaborate with internal and external suppliers and customers on overall lean fulfilment of the value chain.
6. Training and Coaching
Build continuous improvement capability through training and implementation of various processes, tools and methods
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree/ MBA
- Lean trainings accomplished/ Black Belt or Master Black Belt 6Sigma
- At least 2 years of experience working as factory leader and/or CI leader
- Experience in the area of process development, product industrialization or product development & change management
- Knowledge in Lean/ manufacturing technologies and manufacturing process chain
- Excellent communication skills both in Vietnamese & English
- Committed, self-employed quality oriented person
- Skills to unite topic related employees from different locations / disciplines
