Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for the effective management & controlling of all facets of the end-to-end Supply Chain. In this regional role, s/he is responsible for supporting the definition and implementation of various supply chain strategies across APAC countries with ownership of supply chain including manufacturing teams which cover material planning, inventory level/service level optimization and purchasing, sourcing and vendor development, manufacturing excellence and warehouse & logistics, that will underpin the growth of the business in APAC region through a matrix organization. The incumbent is also responsible to manage all aspects of SCM operations ensuring high service level to the customers

Supply Chain Operations
· Guide various SCM operations (Purchasing Planning, Sourcing, Warehousing & Logistics and Supplier Quality)
· Provide leadership and guidance to the team in managing budgets and tactical operational decision
· Support in developing new vendors to supply to the group at competitive prices, with high quality products and volumes
· Establish and measure respective KPIs, supporting teams in reaching the objectives and targets set
· Identify potential employees for further development and ensure a pipeline of good employees are available for succession

Regional Supply Chain
· Implementing various inventory strategy and initiatives
· Drive and improvise various regional supply chain optimizing programs to improve profitability
· Drive continuous SIOP process to improve the service level and high inventory availability
· Own, monitor and control regional inventory level and total freight contribution rate across APAC
· Develop the procurement organization through possibly a matrix model for sourcing and vendor management in APAC, strengthening vendor base with qualified suppliers to support business growth
· Support the buildup of manufacturing capabilities in APAC
· Drive the Manufacturing Excellence within APAC Strategy
· Working closely with stakeholders to develop smart supply chain within APAC with robust and efficient processes and intensive digitalization of end-to-end supply chain that includes, accurate demand forecasting, procure-to-pay automation and make-buy decision
