Job Description

-          Managing forecasting, demand, deployment & inventory planning

-           

Inventory Planning

1.       Drive forecast accuracy improvement in the market by working with local Sales& Marketing team and Regional Supply Chain for both collaboration forecast and item level forecast

2.       Regular review market inventory status with latest forecast, highlighting the inventory risks timely and work with Regional team to take necessary actions to minimize the risks

3.       Timely replenish the products from Venray or for US Outer per Regional order policy

4.       Do the deployment planning to timely replenish products from mother warehouse to other locations in the market

5.       Do the kitting planning to ensure the kits availability in the market

6.       Review aged inventory and work with Regional team to minimize the inventory obsolete risk.

7.       Coordinate to implement any new Planning policy, tools or reports from Global or Regional

8.       Other inventory optimization activities for the market

Inventory Control

1.       Ensure Cycle Counts / Physical Counts accross Vietnam are conducted on a periodic basis to ensure Stock Accuracy in compliance of Supply Chain Procedures / Company Policies

2.       Monitor & ensure reconciliation of variances identified during counts are properly explained & proper approvals are raised for Corrections  / Inventory Adjustments in Business Suite within 5 working day

3.       Review & Track periodic reconciliations ( Inventory recon System )

4.       Monitor & Report Inventory & Transaction accuracy on daily & monthly basis through Location wise scorecards 

5.       Monitor Warehouse SOX Compliance, internal audit & ensure controls are being followed as per SOP on monthly basis

6.       Support initiatives for process improvement in warehouse operations impacting Inventory Control

Job Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Business Science and/or Logistics

·         At least 3 - 5 years working experience in Demand Planning/ Production Planning/ Material Planning/ Distribution Planning , preferably minimum 1 – 2 years of managing a team.

·         Inventory Control , Project Management experience as a plus

·         Certificates of CPIM/ CSCP are preferred.

·         Strong analytical & planning Skills. Project management skills will be an added advantage. 

·         Strong Computer skills including the complete Microsoft Office package

·         Experience with inventory planning systems and ERP software is a must with a preference for Oracle. Industry certificate is a plus

·         Good communication skills in English ( both Oral & Written ). Bilingual as native speaker for local market

·         Good presentation and reporting skills

·         Good Leadership & People Management skills along with the ability to function as an effective team member and work well in a moderate stressful environment

·         Good time management and multi-tasking management skills

·         Good organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to changing priorities

·         Ability to prioritize works for effective implementation.

·         Ability to interact effectively with all levels.

·         Strong customer service and result orientation.

·         Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.
