Job Description
· Define sales planning for assigned product (including marketing investigation, targeting,
· and activity plan).
· Recognize organization in customers and identify decision makers. Try to reach them for
· showing our presence and obtaining other sales opportunities.
· Identify frequent issues of a particular business process in customers and propose new
· solutions or strategy for winning other opportunities.
· Close the order and process the contract procedure correctly.
· Track, accurately record and report daily sales results to higher level managers.
· Motivate team members and lead their work in proper way.
· Attain and exceed individual and team sales targets.
· The other tasks are assigned by higher manager.
Job Requirements
· Graduated from University, major in Business Administration, IT or related field
· At least 5-7 years of the experience in Sales position,
· Having experience in a particular industry such as manufacturer, service, logistics, retail,
· etc. or in a particular system solution.
· Team management, Sales skill, Solving problems skill,
· Presentation/Communication/Negotiation skill, ability to motivate teams, participate in
· and facilitate group meetings, delegate jobs.
· Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive
· company image to the public
· Customer oriented, active and open mind
· Good at English
· Japanese language skill equivalent to N2 or above
· Having Sales experiences or Pre-sales, technical consultant in IT industry is a plus.
