Job Description

Operation (Nhiệm vụ):

a. Ensure quality of drinks and bar services

- Develop standard input for all goods and materials.

- Develop standard for the entire quality drinks and decorations.

- Change the cocktail menu by creating new cocktails periodically.

- Train and coach staff.

- Monitor the implementation of the standard bar hygiene and food safety, quality assurance and drinks are all beautifully presented.

- Check the drinks before serving customers.

 

b. Supplies delivery and inventory management

- Make a list of goods and requirements for the bar daily. Organize goods receiving  process in accordance with the inventory management requirements.

- Organize goods storage.

- Control the amount of imported and exported goods daily.

- Implement beverage costing management.

 

c. Equipment and tools maintenance

- Coordinate with Accounting department to make inventory of tools and equipment periodically.

- Control damages or loss of tools and supplies and report timely.

- Proposal for supplementation or replacement of assets, tools and supplies.

- Daily use of bar equipment, machines to ensure smooth operation in the process of serving customers.

 

d. Personnel management

- Propose staffing headcount.

- Participate in interviewing, testing and selection of bartenders.

- Evaluation of the test results.

- Train, coach, develop staff.

- Evaluate the performance and capabilities of subordinates on a regular basis.

 

e. Daily operation management

- Make weekly schedule, arrange work stations for the bartenders.

- Manage cancellation/void of drinks.

- Resolve daily happening.

- Conduct every day pre-shift briefing to instruct, communicate new information to staff.

- Implement the requirements and directives of management.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and team common goal and revenue.

 

f. Self- preparation for drinks

- Be hands-on at the bar and self-prepare drinks according to customers.

 

Job Requirements

Fluent in English

At least 1-3 years experienced in the same position.
