Job Description
- Ensure all work instructions compliance
- Ensure to comply with all company policy
- Ensure that operators receive training to be able to achieve efficiency targets using PAT methodology and can work safely before they are transferred to production department.
- Work with Winding Technical Supervisor to identify opportunities for improvements that will result in lower internal non-conformance and fewer customer complaints.
- Follow up action implementation that can result in revising work instructions or upgraded production processes
- Open and champion improvement projects relating to product, process quality
Job Requirements
- 3 years experience
- Managed team over 30 peoples
- University graduates – technical related is advantage
- Well communication
- Acting with integrity
- Good to use Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint….
