Role Purpose

To build up a consolidated demand plan by coordinating with all relevant functions
To harmonize a structured and smart pricing policy for commercial teams to gain share and/or improve gross margin at existing/potential customers
Support the pricing for complexity projects to drive customer’s behaviours toward more efficiencies
To be the single point of contact on all sales forecasts and latest views
Embed performance acceleration culture via capability build and digital adoption

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities

Demand Planning

Collect the market intelligence and interpret what can be used to improve forecast accuracy
Translate the market assumptions into figures
Detect abnormal point on history data, actual trend to make proposal for the forecast adjustment
Ensure the commercial volume forecasts are submitted on time and accurate

Demand Controlling

Oversee the actual sales vs. signed off target & cooperate with Planning if any supply constraint
Support Commercial team to deliver sales target Pricing Management
Collaborate with Finance and Commercial team on Price Monitoring
Maintain tools for pricing compliance…

Business Analysis

Provide additional analytical support to global sales team, data maintenance
Maintain data pool for self-help & self-service demand Education, Qualifications and Experience Essential Desirabl

University/college graduate
2-3 years of experience in data and business analysis
Proven ability to work independently
Bright, intelligent personality and willingness to learn
Team player that is self-motivated
Ability to communicate fluently in English, Mandarin
Strong analytical and data interpretation capability
Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with colleagues from different functions
Software Proficiency: MS (Word, Excel, Power Point) in advance.
VBA or Power BI would be advantage
