Job Description
Role Overview/ Job Purpose:
Overall responsible for business and market development of new products, solutions and businesses for
the market. This involves understanding the industry and business of the customers to provide the right
solution to meet customers’ needs. Develop and grow customer base in the country to meet the revenue
target.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business development activities for products such as Imaging AI, Computer Vision, AMR/AGV,
robotics, automation & IoT solution, autonomous material handling (AMH) and smart workflow
optimization (SWO) portfolios.
• Build relationships with stakeholders in the buying process including key decision makers
• Deep understanding of business requirements to ensure solution can meet customers’ needs
• Prepare proposals for customers and tender submissions
• Must have enough technical background to assess and articulate the customers’ needs to BIC APAC
who will assist in the solution development
• Know the market, competitors, industries for the new product
• Conduct demo of product and manage POC
• Train KM salesforce in the new products
• Meet revenue target
• Manage customer throughout the sales, deployment and operation process

Desired Skills
· Good knowledge and awareness of disruptive technologies like Imaging AI, Computer vision, robotics
(AMR/AGV/Cobot/etc.), IoT solutions, logistic automation solutions.
. Experience and knowledge in manufacturing, logistics industry.
· Strong Business and Financial acumen and judgement
· Strong analytical, planning, project management and execution skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills communicating with internal and external
stakeholders
· Proven ability to prepare and deliver presentations for customers, partners and senior management
Experience and Required Qualification
· 5 years’ experience in sales and delivery operations, and strategic partnership management
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, Business or related discipline
