Job Description
· Master the company's products, familiarize with the customer's product usage process, and understand the customer's deep needs to complete additional purchasing tasks;
· Actively find and approach new customers, visit customers regularly, maintain good relationships with them; have a deep understanding of customers’ company operating process, and promptly detect and solve problems;
· Ability to build and strengthen relationships with key decision makers and influencers within assigned accounts to gain deep insight and anticipate their needs
· Create customer-centric account plans, develop impactful goals, strategies, and actions to ultimately identify and secure new business, retain existing business, and ensure high customer satisfaction
· Proactively understand industry and market trends and best practices as well as company products, services and processes to maintain relevance to clients and prospects
· Work with the technical team to ensure technical support and after-sales service
· Work closely with the finance team to support the resolution of key invoices and follow up on key accounts receivable
· Promote and participate in marketing campaigns and events
· Other relevant tasks that the company requires.
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field
· More than 3 years of experience working in the field of large sales, with priority given to those with customer sources in EDUCATION industry is a must
· Excellent communication and influencing skills in a sales/CRM environment
· Experience in gaining key customer insights and influencing others to take action
· Demonstrated ability to continuously learn on the job, proactive, and responsible;
· Goal-oriented, quick learning ability, and willingness to challenge high income
· Vietnamese native; Fluent in Business English; good at using Chinese is preferred but not required
