Job Description
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - HEALTHCARE
Responsibilities • • Complete sales target of designated territory (VIETNAM), in alignment with the Healthcare APAC sales strategy • • Develop a cohesive approach to the creation and management of new and current distribution and channel partners network • • Build and maintain good relationship with KOL (Key Opinion Leader) of customers • • Business development and negotiation, sales contract and technical document preparation; Coordinate order processing and goods delivery for on time delivery, Post sales issues handling • • Recruit, coach and manage sales team to achievement sales targets • • Working closely with Marketing Department for implementation of national/regional programs and activities such as academic conferences • • Support on marketing Analysis and research including customer needs and target market information collection, support marketing team to set up strategic plan and product development roadmap by providing overall view of market trend and competition status

Qualifications: • • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Clinical Medicine or equivalent, MBA will be a plus • • 8+ years professional experience in healthcare medical device industry, 5+ years’ experience in distributors management and team management • • Strong communication skills to coordinate with distributors and internal functions • • Ability to work under pressure • • Marketing and business development experience will be a plus • • Good command of English in both spoken and written and MS office software application
