Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead & manage financing activities • Monitoring/Preparing financial models and all financial analysis that informs funding decisions • Ensure adequate & timely availability of funding sources at all times • Optimising the efficiency of funding sources • Ensure strong banks and financial institutions relationshi • Develop & propose financing strategies and funding structures for Management team’s decision • Execute treasury transactions – FX and hedges • Lead, monitor and train new joiners and assigned subordinates • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior management
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in banking finance/accounting/finance • MBA (preferred), CFA, CPA license (preferred) • Minimum 8 years relevant experience in real-estate & investment banking/capital market/treasury/financial advisory/bank area • Excellent written and spoken English • Experience in a leadership or management position • Strong communication/presentation skills • Good interpersonal skill, problem solving capabilities • Able to cope in a fast paced and high-pressured environment and demonstrate good working attitud
