Job Description
1- Roles:
2- Check and review all payments to ensure the compliance with commitments, company
policies, laws and regulations before submitting to Finance manager
3- Review all GL posted properly;
4- Directly in charge of general accounts such as payroll, provisions, prepaid expense, FA,
CAPEX, ect;
5- Act as a cost analysist and controller;
6- In charge of VAT report and VAT refund;
7- Prepare for month-end closing, year-end closing;
8- Monthly report on OH & MOH budget Variance;
9- Monthly report on OH, inventorized costs;
10- Monthly report on CAPEX;
11- Monthly reconcile and break down all TB accounts;
12- Assist finance manager to set up internal control;
13- Liase with OGBS team, Saigon team for reconciliation;
14- Make report for independent audit, tax audit, custom audit if required;
15- Assist finance manager to set up internal control; and
