Job Description

  • Preparation and management of bids: Manage the documents and information necessary to effectively create and submit bids and prepare proposal content in a professional manner.
  • Compliance with laws and regulations: Know and comply with laws and regulations related to solar energy projects to avoid legal issues and ensure project safety.
  • Compliance with bid submission deadline: Strictly adhere to bid submission deadline to maintain competitiveness for projects and complete bids successfully.
  • Budget and schedule management: Manage project budgets and schedules to give a bid price effective in cost and time.
  • Negotiation of contract terms: Negotiate contract terms and coordinate them effectively to achieve consensus among related parties after a successful award of a project.
  • Market research and strategy development: Maintain a competitive advantage by continuously monitoring industry trends and competition, and developing a strategy of setting bid price based on this
  • Cooperation with related parties: Maintain good communication and collaboration with various related parties of project to ensure a smooth bidding process.

Job Requirements

  • Over 5 years of related experience is required.
  • Knowledge of solar energy industry: You must have knowledge of solar energy systems and this industry, and have the technical understanding necessary to prepare and manage bids.
  • Bid price management experience: Bid price management experience in the solar energy industry or similar field is required.
  • Contract management experience: Experience in negotiating and managing contract terms after bidding is very important.
  • Project management experience: Experience with schedule, budget and risk management of solar energy projects is required.
  • Negotiation and communication skills: Effective negotiation and communication skills are very important in the bidding process.
  • Understanding of laws and regulations: Solar energy projects are subject to many different laws and regulations, so understanding and compliance of them are required.
  • Customer relationship management experience: It’s required to have an ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers.
  • Ability to identify industry trends: It’s required to have an ability to continuously monitor trends in the solar energy market and understand the competitive environment.
