Job Description
• Achieve sales target for country by developing and implementing strategy for each product group. Coordinate with sales teams to collect and manage market intelligence.
• Manage accounts by preparing and implementing strategic plans and to achieve target.
• Handle business development and marketing and sales activities to achieve growth.
• Manage assets in a cost efficient and economical way to improve profitability, productivity and flexibility.
• Build and maintain strong and long term relationship with customers at all levels.
• Monitor, verify and take actions to resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Manage and analyze profit and loss analysis for completed business transactions.
• Manage and lead people and ensure that the team is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed with the support of HR.
Job Requirements
• University degree in Engineering, MBA is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and business development.
• Basic know-how of electrical and automation engineering.
• Good knowledge in Vietnam B2B market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide effective personal leadership and coaching.
• High International exposure and Culture- sensitivity.
