Job Description
* Job Purpose: Provide technical support to sales team and customer in the process of pre and after sales of geared motors. Help customers to select correct products for their application.
* Key Related Activities:
• Understand of geared motor: functions, operation, manual … in order to train salesman, support to choose products and train customers.
• Understand of Applications: operation, installing, maintaining in order to support customers to calculating and find good solutions.
• Use AutoCAD, specialized software… to make drawings, technical data
• Survey facilities of End Users to build the products map of all sectors/industry
• Co-ordinate with other function ie DSC, Quality, Productions to solve technical issues as well as products quality as: options request, maintenance, guarantee…
• To confirm all products for salesmen before offering to customers
• To provide after sales services
• Other tasks as may be requested from time to time.

• Customer’s Complaints
• Sales revenue of Sales team
Job Requirements
* Specialized and Technical Knowledges:
• Degree in Mechanical/Machinery disciplines
• Good communication skill
• In-depth knowledge of gear and motor products
• AutoCAD
• Good command of English

Preferred Experience 3-5 years of experience Sales Technical Support, or in machinery fabrication sector
