Job Description
1- Roles:
- Support and do data, SO, PO reconciliation to work with related parties across the world to solve issues.
- Work with oversea collection team or direct customer to clear the AR outstanding if any.
- Check and recon financial transactions in oversea book.
- Guide data analyst team or production team on new project analysis if any.
- Review and recon marked to market with weekly book value if needed.
- Working with related team for automation projects.
- Manage data analyst team and setting up internal process if any.
- Analyst and data collection for varies reports required by BOD.
2- Responsibility:
Has responsibility to fulfil the assigned works and report to F&A Manager and Senior Vice President
3- Relationship:
PMIS, OGBS, Sales team, Procurement team, Production team, Planning team, Local Accounting team…
4- Supported by:
PMIS, OGBS, Sale team, Procurement team, Production team, Planning team, Local Accounting team…
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Finance Accounting or Foreign Trade.
- 3 years experiences in senior data analyst position.
- SAP or ERP experience is plus.
- Fluence in English.
- Ability to manage team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to details.
- Good in analysis skill.
- Well in organization skill.
- Good solving problem skill.
- Positive attitude.
- Like to interact with people.
