Job Description
- Achieve collection target on Recovery Rate, Productivity, Budget Control and so on;
- Proper manage collection team with higher satisfaction and lower attrition rate;
- Schedule monthly collection tasks;
- Administer collection procedures and assist with queries;
- Adjust collection process if necessary;
- Keep collection call in good quality and have no serious complaint happens in phone collection;
- Schedule working shifts of collectors reasonably
Job Requirements
- University degree or above, major in Credit/Risk/Legal/Finance preferred;
- Good at using English (4 skills);
- 5+ years Working experience in business operations field and at least 3 years team management experience, experience in call center/collection is an advantage;
- Strong Interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Strong analytical and project management skills with excellent time management;
