Job Description
Debt Trading Platform is looking for well experience individual in debt portfolio buying / purchasing
in all types of debt in VN Market as follows:
• Payday Loans Personal Loans
• Credit cards
• Installment Loans
• Bonds
• Mortgage and others
Company name: Debix (bidding based platform that helps to purchase and sell any delinquent Debt),

Income: fix salary + % from sales
Reported: directly to Project Owner
Overall role:
• The Debt Portfolio Officer is responsible for negotiating purchases and selling of all types of loan
portfolios to the organization with particular emphasis on banking and fintech
• To ensure the timely buying and selling. The position liaises directly with negotiation and
necessarily initiates recovery action.
• Day to day routings
• Fulfillment of the sales plan (intermediary services for the purchase and sale of debts).
• Search for potential clients and work with self-applied potential clients
• Negotiations with Debt's Sellers regarding initial auction price
• Signing the documents required to participate in the auction
Job Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Previous B2B sales experience at least 2 years in the similar roles
• Previous background in in banking, Business Outsourcing Process Company (BPO), Collection
agencies or insurance (especially debt buying and recovery)
• Natural ability to interact with people from various backgrounds and various levels
• Strong communication skills (both written and oral) and an excellent telephone manner
• Confident and appropriately assertive manner to deal with debtors / clients and financial
institutions.
• Able to handle pressure and tight deadlines
• Good English communication (both verbal and writing)
