Job Description
1. Support, implement and follow up task assignment from director
2. According to the annual and quarterly order capacity demand plans of each brand of the business department, choose suitable style to different factory based on their capacity and quotation the prepare contract; plan Vietnam's production capacity in advance; match the corresponding factories and sufficient production resources;
3. According to the forecast order schedule provided by each brand of the business department and the corresponding Vietnam factory as well as study the T/P and sample and work with fty for price quotation, make loading plans, allocate orders pre-arranged production plan;
4. According to the actual order schedule, update and schedule the actual production plan synchronously with the corresponding Vietnamese factory, track the actual production progress and overall quality, coordinate and solve the production plan issues in the process, and ensure that the delivery date is reached; and Related information on the same frequency of the Vietnam Merchandise team;
5. According to the business plan of the headquarters, cooperate with the director of the Vietnam Office to develop and reserve new local production resources in Vietnam. Support on new factory development and approval
6. Receive the Order Plan and prepare loading plan based on DEL, quantity and SAM
7. Monitor Key figure in production such as on time of sampling, material ETA, input, output, status inspection, and shipment and analyse/summarize related management report
8. Support director to coordinate/communicate among Head office, Bosideng Vietnam Team and Factory
9. Support MD/QA/Tech's work which others are facing the difficulties
10. Regular Written work report to director
Job Requirements
1. Under 40 years old, college degree (or equivalent) or above, more than 5 years of clothing production planning management experience, familiar with the operation process of clothing factories;
2. Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, familiar with production process nodes and production cycles, familiar with production process management, material management, and supply chain management;
3. Strong bargaining power;
4. Familiar with production planning and material requirement planning, strong data statistics and analysis capabilities;
5. Have certain factory development experience and rich factory resources, able to adapt to short-term business trips;
6. Have strong communication and coordination skills, ability to withstand pressure, and a good sense of teamwork;
7. Language: proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Vietnamese and English, and fluency in Chinese is preferred;
8. Team management experience with about 10 people is preferred.
