Job Description

  • Technical sales knowledge: 
  • Comprehend in-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage Chemical products and applications. 
  • Comprehend the principle of processing flow at customer sites. 
  • Comprehend the basic principle of Food & Beverage Chemical equipment or system. 
  • Continuous improvement on appropriate knowledge of technical sales to adapt with business development. 
  • Complete successfully the required sales training programs, and utilize this knowledge to successfully sell Food & Beverage Chemical product solutions to new and existing customers in assigned territory. 
  • Business maintenance and development: 
  • Create and update the business plan and sales funnel. 
  • Execute monthly sales and service plan and get approval from manager. 
  • Maintain and develop existing customers by reinforcing relationship, service and support. Focus on understanding customer requirement and winning cross sales growth by new application or improvement. 
  • Search for new prospects and focus on winning new customers by understanding the demand and trend of the market. 
  • Ensure all the suitable solutions available to close deals effectively. 
  • Meet regularly with existing customers and prospects in sales territory to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions. 
  • Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customer’s needs. 
  • Coordinate with internal team and distributor to conduct trial and implement project successfully. 
  • Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Services, R&D, and Regional sales and technical team) to develop sales for new and existing customers. 
  • Involve in technical service: work with Technical Department to conduct, follow up technical service at customer sites. Ensure customer’s satisfaction. 
  • Work effectively with distributor to develop the business. 
  • Attend conferences, exhibitions and relevant events to support for sales activities and promote Food & Beverage Chemical product solutions and brand. 
  • Complete monthly sales activity reports in a timely manner. 
  • Complete required presentation, proposal, trial and project report in a timely and properly manner. Analyses report data to project trends and build forecasts, maintains accurate and complete client and prospect database. 
  • Advanced responsibilities: 
  • Act as an ambassador of Food & Beverage Chemical at all times to ensure and promote good working relationships with customer and that Sealed Air’s reputation is sustained. 
  • Deeply analyze the condition of business to propose the improvement solution. Contribute to team and company success. 
  • Safety and regulations: 
  • Execute all work in accordance with Food & Beverage Chemical and Customer safety regulations and requirements. 
  • Execute all work in accordance with Food & Beverage Chemical standards and requirements regarding product quality and food safety. Escalate all discovered food safety, quality assurance and regulatory issues. 
  • Any further assignment by manager.

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in food or agricultural sciences, food engineering, chemistry, biology or related fields
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in food, beverage, chemical or dairy processing / manufacturing industries or 3 - 5 years’ experience in technical sales into food and beverages manufacturing environments 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and to adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Ability to work independently and set own schedule
  • Proven leadership track record
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand what the customer needs
  • Analytical ability to effectively identify and resolve problems independently
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, email, internet)
  • Good command of English
  • Working Location: Da Nang or Ha noi City
