2. About Position:
• Field Services is a growth platform in Company’s Service Business Line.
• In Company’s, we work with Paper, Board, Tissue, woodyard, Cooking & Fiberline,
Recovery island & Power plant customers.
3. Areas of responsibility
• Our Field service offering includes wide scope of services from inspections and
analysis services to on-site maintenance and complete shutdown management projects.
We move our customers performance forward with maintenance development, and
process support services and industrial internet digitalization services.
• The role as Field Service Sales and Development Manager in Asia Pacific Area,
includes making and driving Field Service quotation, sales activity and finalizing order
with customers, scheduling of resources & Tools and follow up field service execution
projects.
• The right candidate will utilize their knowledge and network to collaborate with
regional sale team make sales plan and implement plan to achieve sales budgets, will
improve profitability and gain customer satisfactory, will utilizing current FSE worklog
to suggest next service roadmap.
• Additional responsibilities include:
o Suggest, initiate and lead field service sales.
o Make quotations
o Arrange customer meetings, negotiations and conclude with
Orders/Agreements
o Achieve sales annual budget.
o Utilize company ERP tools
o Keeping up the Field Services KPIs (utilization reporting, loading estimates,
customer experience surveys / Net Promoter Score
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required with a Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the Pulp & Paper industry,
including Field Service sales experience. Operational excellence experience is strongly
required.
