Job Description
1. Funding Advisor
• Re-search and jump in fundraising communities to find Fundraising opportunities
which are suitable to the company's development strategy.
• Collect information and organize reports on Fundraising activities related to the
company's business lines
• Consult the BOD (CEO / CFO) to improve and update the Fundraising pitch with the
professional on Financial and Marketing
• Follow-up with the potential investor’s requirement and delivering these information
with the professional voice.
• Reporting to CFO and CEO the annual Fundraising Process
2. Investment Relation
• Act as liaison between the Company and the public on financial matters
• Organize The Annual Report to deliver to investor
• Analyze corporate activities and explain to any requirement of investor.
• Manage the coordination and presentations for the annual shareholders meeting
• Executive in building long-term rapport with investors and analysts and keep
shareholders knowledgeable about the Company
3. Bank Relation
• Support the Finance team to manage the document of bank leverage
• Cooperate with Accounting team to organize the annual information to deliver to
Banker.
• Reporting any ad-hoc issue to CFO and consult to manage them safe.
Job Requirements
• Good verbal and written communication in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Business, or related
field required.
• Have a strong background in investment or consulting (a plus if have prior work experience in
PE, investment fund or a consulting firm OR have experience in Cooperate Restructuring)
• At least 5 year experience in the same position

• Highly proficient Microsoft Office (a plus if have used or experienced in any dashboard or
reporting tools such as Tableau, PowerBI,…)
