Job Description
- Manage and lead technical inspection services and activities related to high-tech devices, modifications and repairs in accordance with project and/or production contractual requirements.
- Manage and add resource if needed and continuously improve the capability (through training needs analysis and hiring of people with the right skills and knowledge) and structure of the QA/QC team to meet business objectives.
- Mentor, coach, motivate and guide the QA/QC team to increase work productivity accordance with specifications and scopes of works.
- Responsible in the development, management and maintenance of quality management systems including Business Management System, company standards, and ISO 9001:2015 certifications. Provide system auditing functions and oversee relevant document control systems.
Job Requirements
- Singaporean and Malaysian preferred.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Engineering - Major: Mechanical, Mechatronics
- Knowledge in building and operating Quality Management system, such as ISO 9001
- Over 15 years of engineering, leadership and management experience in semiconductor industry.
- Quality auditor qualifications (ISO standards would be an advantage)
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing
- Experienced with quality systems implementation
- Experienced in a developing and evolving organization
- Relevant technical knowledge, expertise and ability in areas of high-tech equipment design and manufacturing
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings
- Ability to communicate and motivate team to enhance strategic goals and bottom line objective
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to improve and enhance given situation.
